Ranger Café @ West Shore is operated by the junior and senior students in the Culinary Arts/ProStart program at the West Shore Career-Technical District. This hands-on teaching and learning program focused on restaurant management and the food service industry began in 1993. For the past 16 years, students have planned, prepared and served a variety of foods and culinary delights for breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and special events in our community including: Ranger Catering, Lakewood City Schools events, Taste of the NFL, Lakewood/Rocky River Rotary, Culinary Vegetable Institute, Ronald McDonald House and Les Dame d'Escoffier.
The students, teachers and administration at West Shore Career-Technical District are excited for the opportunity to serve you in our new restaurant and look forward to sharing culinary creations from our menu featuring American Regional fare.
Hours of Operation: Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

School closings: When Lakewood High School is closed for inclement weather or any other reason, the restaurant will be closed as well. If you made reservations for a day the school is closed, we will contact you to reschedule your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and support.
