RANGER CAFE @ WEST SHORE MAKES ITS DEBUT

The Ranger Café @ West Shore opened its doors to the public on Tuesday, Jan. 26, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked a new chapter in the culinary arts program's history. Superintendent Madak and members of the Board of Education were on hand to celebrate the occasion along with invited guests from the community. The Lakewood Chamber of Commerce presented a plaque to welcome the restaurant into the business community.
The restaurant, run by junior and senior students in the West Shore Career-Tech Culinary Arts/Pro Start program, is housed in the front of Lakewood High and will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. by reservation only.
